Testing & Assessment
When athletes begin their journey with Archer Training Systems, they are taken through a comprehensive intake and testing process designed to build a clear, objective roadmap for performance and long-term development. This starts with a complete athletic assessment using VALD performance technology, giving us precise data on force production, asymmetries, and performance markers. Strength testing allows us to identify where each athlete sits on the strength continuum, ensuring training focuses on the areas that will have the greatest impact. In addition, movement screenings reveal potential impingements, limitations, or imbalances through a standardized series of tasks, helping reduce injury risk and improve efficiency. For athletes returning from injury, this process is expanded into a structured Return-to-Play protocol, ensuring a safe, progressive, and confident transition back to full performance.
